We just got a call too. We let it go to voicemail. It was entirely automated, it didn't leave a voicemail persay but it was like if this is so and so please press, if not press 2 and so on. When no number was pressed, they did that twice, they finally said they were calling from one of our doctor's offices (affiliated with Mercy) and at the tail end they said the call was for survey purposes. I'm like really. We just saw you last week and you want us to complete a survey about our visit. Don't you already have all the information you need from the visit.

It's Mercy Hospital in Springfield Missouri wanting you to participate in a survey regarding the care you received.

Why is Mercy Hospital calling at 6:42 on a Saturday evening to do a survey?  Not falling for it.

Said it was Mercy Hospital calling to survey me for the treatment for my daughters child she had recently taken to the hospital a couple weeks ago, how or why they called my number I do not understand?
