I received 2 text from them. They both were for my ex husband's current wife. One saying that a statement was sent. The 2nd saying take advantage of a huge discount. Gives a 8774539845 number to call back and a reference number.

This number texted me to ask if I knew Joseph S.  I would not open text.

I got a text message from this number +1 (419) 317-2083 that a statement was recently mailed to me 🤣

recieved a text from this number saying that a statement was  mailed to my sister. if we can assist you please call 1-833-250-9506. refer to account #########. Reply STOP to opt out

Seems like this is a scam

The same thing just happened to me!
It said my time had expired with an invoice and then gave a number and then gave a different phone number to call back on the number that called me though I had a 417 area code and the number they wanted me to call was an 833 area code with the same phone numbers that you've listed the 417 phone number area code they said it was from Ohio. I looked it up. Any idea what this is about because I'm not calling back.

I have received two texts from this number saying that they have sent a statement to a person I do not know and offering help.

Scam sent to my brother regarding me with the same about a statement being sent to me.  These people are disgusting. I have no debt and no legal matters pending.

Its a scam, they want you to call back so they can lie and get money you dont owe

Scam being run out of Charlotte, NC and Kenmore, NY. Multiple groups claim to be lawyers, court officials and process servers who can't provide a valid address.

Oakmont LLC is the company that tries to take your payment if you say you can't take the harassment anymore and agree to pay.

Received a text from 419-317-2083 with my surname but different first name. This is the second text I have received from this entity.

Received a text from this number 419-317-2083 saying "You have reached your deadline for your statement in reference to an account number. Please respond at a different number 833-705-3862.

In October 2024 I received a text saying, “A statement was mailed to J*** *********. If we can assist you, please call 833-250-9506. Refer to acct 218231. Reply STOP to opt out.

Then in November 2024, I received another stating, “Take advantage of our limited time offer mentioned in the statement recently mailed to you! J*** *********. This is your chance to enjoy significant savings. please call 833-457-4087. Refer to account # 218231 "Reply STOP to opt out."

In December 2024, I received another saying, “J*** ********* you have reached the deadline for your statement in reference to acct 218231 please respond at 833-457-4087. Text "STOP" to opt out.

And, today (May 2025), I just received another stating, “J*** ********* Multiple written and verbal notices have been issued regarding the pending action on your account # 218231. Due to a continued lack of response, this serves as the final exhortation of our office's intent to proceed with further action if no contact is made within the next few days. To avoid escalation, please contact our office immediately at: 855-659-5094. "Reply STOP to opt out"

Additionally, although all of them have been sent to my phone number, every single one has been addressed to my fiance’s older brother with whom he’s had zero contact with in decades and whom I’ve never met or spoken to.
