Got a text from this number about a statement deadline asking to call me at a different number 877-761-9923...reporting it

I received a TEXT from this number 419-317-2083 regarding a statement and to call back to 877-761-9923. REPORTED!!

Just received a voice message from "judicial services" (sounds like an older woman's voice)... now it's their "final attempt" to locate me and I literally have only a few hours remaining to contact (no name given, but a case #) this number, 877-761-9923 and I don't know, STOP their harassment?? LMFAO 🤣

here's an interesting fact. I googled the 419 number and there's a "website" with a lawyers name, but the link doesn't go anywhere. I looked up the actual Lawyer, and he's in Rhode Island and the 419 number is out of Toldeo, Ohio

Here is an interesting fact.  You don't know how to interpret search results.  The link takes you to a hosting website because they want your business.

Received a text stating that a statement had been mailed to my wife, but it used her previous married name, which she hasn't used on anything remotely official in over a decade. It asked us to call 833-262-0093 and refer to an account number.

Mine had an account number

This number texted me saying that they mailed a statement to me with my maiden name on it, but they wanted me to call 877-630-4903 and they did give me an account number. I looked up that 877 number and I got zero results. This comes an hour after somebody tried calling me at work saying that they were trying to serve me papers.

My son received the same message stated I his mother had been mailed and had not received an answer to call a different number & use and account reference #.  I haven't a clue what this is. Why did they sent it to my son?

They sent a text to my son saying they sent me mail and haven't received an reply. That I needed to call a different # and use an reference #. This is the number they wanted me to call 877 630 4903

Terrible people ,they tried to get money from my children  though text messages,,don't fall for them another number 8776304903

I received a text message from 419-317-2083 that stated- I reached the deadline for a statement in reference to acct ###### please respond at  855-596-5557. Reply "STOP" to opt out. They called under that number because they were blocked under a previous random number.

got the same message to call the 877 number and gave me an acct number to get a discount.

They claim they were trying to deliver a summons and they want a call back to their 877 number. Then they said they are going to send a statement. Now I get a text saying they have a statement for me with a huge discount and to reference case number ######

A guy called Derek called me saying he was a true American hero, and he wanted to reach me. He told me to call 877 to resolve a pending case of action by Ms. Hurricane Daniels. Later, Derek's accomplice sent a message from 419-317-2083, demanding to call 8776304903. Later, he said I will receive a statement with an account number. Later, I got another text message saying to call to give me a huge discount

Thanks for the name and the web address.  They have no website but they are listed in Buffalo, NY where all the other criminals pretending to be debt collectors are.  They did not list an address but they are registered in New York and have a registered agent that you can serve.

I received the same referencing my mother's name.  It's a scam.
