Keeps calling saying I've been referred to a attorney, keep asking for my ss #, Calling at 10.30 pm and 7.07 am , leaving messages if I don't answer, reported to BBB

You reported them to the useless, worthless, toothless BBB instead of actual Federal and State Agencies?  Boy, I bet that is going to scare the bejeeezus out of them when they get that nasty letter that they can simply throw in the garbage and ignore it!

This number  called me 423-354-0175 I pick up the phone I waited about  10 seconds and they didn't  say anything
either until I said hello the person ask me  and said my first and last name  and I said this is she then they proceeded  to say this is CBC Collection's  I  hung  up the phone. Then I called the number back the same number a recording  came on I hung up. They never said there name but they knew mine.🙏🙏

Rec'd call from "restricted" number. Phone blocked it and sent straight to voicemail. Robot named "Rachel" said she was calling from CBC. Called the number back. Non-english speaking male answers the phone claiming to be from a debt collection agency looking for my special needs son. I asked him what he was calling about and he started cussing at me because I wouldn't identify myself and he said I should be on the lookout for the legal documents to be in the mail.

It is a scammer. The guy called me and said I owe them $600 something.
