They keep calling early in the morning and never leave a message

They call multiple times a day and never leave a message Don't know who it is, so i'm not answering!

they called me from this number regarding my Home Depot account

They called me twice very early, looking for Jessica.

Is this a  real company ?

HomeDepot collections call from Citi regarding account 3 days past due

Called me from this number and requested that I verify my number. Repeatedly asked for someone not at this number. Told them no one here by that name. Rude. I hung up on them.

They are a collection agency for Home Depot.  We were a few days late, and I did send out a payment.
But I can't believe they would call 2 to 3 times a day for a $11 minimum payment!

Called me twice.  Refused to responde professional.  This is appears to be a social hacker.  Demanded account information and demanded I make a payment on a certain card.  Funny thing is, I had made this payment a week ago in the store.  So this is not a reliable company.  When you call it back you get the Citicard response.  Sent a email to both citibank and home depot with this number and a recoding of the attempted social engineering this "Jeremy" fellow attempted.

I got a call this morning and I usually don't answer because there are so many scammers from out of state, this time I did and it was dead silence, so I hung up. Very annoying and what sucks is being on the DNC list is a waste.

Keep calling multiple times per day. Even early in the morning on Sunday.

kept calling 4 times a day almost every day asking for money. we don't remember we own any thing to home depot.  Home depot never sent bill too. We told them we will not pay anything on the phone.  they still kept calling not matter what. ??

This number called me four times yesterday and three times this morning while I was asleep. They finally left an automated voicemail about my home depot account like others on this thread are saying. However, I have no such account. I suspect it's just a scam trying to get my information. Ever seen the comedy Identity Theft with Jason Bateman and Melissa McCarthy? I'll never give any of my information over the phone ever!

Similar experience and also hoome depot. I called Home Depot, I had closed my acct.and owed nothing. They H.D>  havve no knowledge of this phone number or the company.  Ditto from call to CITIBANK/

I didn't know who this # was until I came here to look..this site is so helpful. I do have a HD account,  & I'm 9 days late including today. I forgot to make my payment. But the thing is..they've called 5 times today..I didn't know places like this could call on Sundays?? CID just says *Tennessee*, nothing about HD or Citibank, & they never left a message (they called yesterday too..on a holiday? & have been calling 5 to 8 times per day since last week. I didn't know it was HD calling because they never left a message. I'm surprised how agressive they are when I and others on here are not that late. After reading comments I won't call this # back to make my payment, I'll call HD directly. Still thought no collection calls on Sundays, holidays & before 8am? Maybe they should also leave a message saying where they're calling from..that may help.

There are no laws regarding what days they can or cannot call.  The only stipulation is that it must be between 8 am and 9 pm your time.

This is the collections department for Citi-Bank in regards to your Home Depot account or other credit card backed by Citi-Bank. Usually legit. If they are calling you, they are trying to make a payment arrangement with you to restore your account.

if they're legit why they giving two identities citicard and home depot? they should not beat around the bush?  All I know is they're scams & want to get into peoples accounts period.They're too Lazy to Work that's all!!
