Called me 2x today. I file complain on Do-NOT-CALL- List. Not sure, if it will work ( As GOV. A***H*** only take your tax money and never give you any quality work - another legalized scam.

Recived a call fro them today and took a survey. It was more about selling you services ie sattelite Tv etc.And as for the gift card it was $75 Target and $25 Shell. Nine doller shipping fee they wanted my debit card number and i refused i belive this to be a scam.

No name came up and no message left.

Why are they allowed to call?  I'm on a Do Not Call List!  They were nice and agreed to remove my phone number, but they shouldn't have been able to call in the first place.

Did calling back and going through these steps work for you?  because I am getting the EXACT same message about "being prequalified for the Target/Shell giftcard"... 4 times in one hour.  I want to call back; however, I don't want this to be a sign of "success" on their spam list and start getting calls from other numbers as well....

Got a call on my cell phone. I rejected the call when I saw the number but somehow it managed to leave the same msg about the gift card. Just reported it to the FTC. Very few people have my cell phone number. How did this scammer get it? By subscribing the to Do Not Call list given out by the FTC which is supposed to alert these scammers NOT TO CALL? I don't know. If everyone would send their complaints to the FTC MAYBE they will get the msg that their system is not working as planned - www.ftc.gov

They get around the FTC do not call rules by calling it a 'survey' ...

Received a call from this number, I didn't answer, I didn't recognize the number.

They said that I have something with the Gov't and someone is going to come behind me, like investigator.

I programmed my phone so when they call it automatically forwards the call to their own 800 number.

lol - a lawsuit?  write back and tell me how that works for you...

Called 4 times back to back, didn't let the phone ring more than once. no voicemail or anything

I Just received a call from this number.  No message.  Just says the number is from the Gardena,CA area.

called around 11:30 am today... no message

Received a call today from this number leaving a callback number of 866 442-4724.  It is some kind of survey company who offers a Shell or Target gift card of "up to $100" for completing the survey.  I told the woman to remove me, which she said was done.  According to complaints about the second number, after you complete the survey they transfer you to another agent who wants a credit card to charge $10 for shipping and handling for the gift card.  Total scam.

i just got a call from this number.  i live on the east coast.  what is ironic is that i had just sent a txt to a friend of mine in the LA area when i got the call.  i thought that it might be her calling.  however, i think that if i get another call from this number i'll just put the number in my block list.
