Called me at my new job about a case number. Left message and I called back and got an answering machine. They said I had called Loss & Litigation but no company name.

I got a call at my place of employment saying I am going to miss my summons? What is this for??

Trying to work and get a call that I am being sued. Asking for my maiden name from over 14 years ago. They could not give me a name, what the matter was about, and then hung up on me.

Try to say I'm being sued but won't send paperwork in mail. Are they real

Voice mail:  Man said to call within 2 hours to be served with a Complaint and provided case #.  I called number and got a voice mail.
I don't think this is legitimate.

Voice mail with a case # that said I had 2 hours to call about legal documents and proceedings.

Called looking for me by my maiden name from 10 years ago. Scared me at first, but sure it's a scam.
