This person called me and left a voicemail requesting information on my 1 year old or she would lose coverage, knew her full name. Said he would call me back in exactly 10 minutes and hopes that I would answer then, or if not, he had case interviews all day and would not be able to assist and she would lose coverage. Very thick accent, stumbling over his words, couldn't figure out how to hang up (in the voicemail).

They knew my full name and that I had a daughter, want to go over my information about medi-cal. A gentleman called once and said he'd call back in 5 min. Super strange that they'd do that considering they should leave a number after the first phone call. I have never received calls from medi-cal before always handled them through email. Definitely Spam!

They stated my full name on the voicemail. Weird coz JUST got Medi-cal again after some ongoing issue and they claimed it was incomplete and to call back at (866) 613-3777 which is the actual LA county DPSS number. Seemed legit but also suspicious.
