Called twice yesterday, again today.

calls with other numbers right in a row 832-645-6240  and 832-645-6315 and 603-697-5510 all WESTLAKE

They called this evening, and we have done business that may warrant a call. But no message identifying themselves is really just garbage business practice with the number of scammers out there. Why would anyone answer or call back if they don't know who you are?

Yet you know who they are.  Most likely there is no message because they are trying collect an overdue payment and they don't want to leave a message that anyone can hear.

Former debt collector here. They don't leave messages because legally once they leave a message they cannot call for 3 days.  Also most autodialers do not work with voicemail.

This call is from Westlake Financial Services based out of Los Angeles , CA.  It's not a scam.  I have my auto loan through them.  They've called me only a couple of times on separate occasions when I didn't make my auto loan payment on the due date. If you answer it's a recording reminding you of your payment with option to pay over the phone that moment.  I just pay using their app on my phone. It's a payment reminder call.

This number is from Westlake Financial Services in Los Angeles, CA.  It's not a scam.  If you have a loan with them, witch I do, and are a couple days late on your payment they call from these two numbers;
424-559-5785 and 213-835-1217. They never leave a message.  Automated reminder call to make your payment.

Absolutely 100% right! Why would I return your call if you can't identify yourself or leave a message

No voicemail. I googled the number and it says it’s west lake financial. I have zero business with them so I blocked the number

I have auto loans with Westlake but payments are all paid on time so there's no reason for them to be calling me twice a day every day. Same as others, they leave no VM so I have zero reason to call them back.
