I keep getting calls from this number trying to gain access to my computer. The company name is MicrotechResolve(.com) and do have a website. They call in the middle of the night, 5am and so on. Won't take no for an answer. They claim they need to check my computer for issues with the Windows operating system. They have asked to connect to my computer. Never trust anyone who calls you out of the blue, they are most likely a scam.

i got a call from "Julius Wilson" from Microsoft saying that my computer had bugs.  I refused to go to the computer and turn it on.  He got very frustrated.  I could hear other people in the background.  They were all male voices.  I asked him where was he from.  He said, "Ohio".  I asked him what was his phone number and his name.  I finally had enough of playing with him and told him I thought he was a liar and hung up.

This company keeps calling my elderly mom and telling her that her computer is infected. He's called multiple times. I told her NO ONE can know her computer has an issue unless she has given them access to her computer. They called again today and "rattled her chain" BIG time so she called me and said they were worried her computer would crash at any moment and they needed to trouble shoot her Windows! I told her she didn't even HAVE Windows as her computer is a MAC with OS X Mavericks! I instructed her to hang up on them if they call again and, if they persist, to threaten to call the police. They have plagued her for over a week now on a daily basis - I just found out about it yesterday! They gave the name George Williamson, 424-777-2022 to call back.

They called me today, claiming to be from "Microsoft Technical Team".... I knew there was no way Microsoft would have my phone number.  I made a call to our local law enforcement.

I got a call from 567-888-8909 and talked to them for a while. they left the 424 -777 2022 number as a call back number. They identified themselves as calling from windows and led me through a complicated process that showed events view on my computer in which there were a bunch of yellow triangles with exclamation points in them and red circles with exclamation points in them. The told me these were very serious and could infect and crash my computer at any time. Prior to starting this conversation they told me my computer was in danger of infection and crashing, and that they could fix it. They said the we did not need to get on line. About half way through the process a supervisor comes on line and gets me to a run box on my computer where he has me type in an address with a www.address. I said I was told we were not getting line and he said we need to. i told him I would call him back and called my computer service people. they told me this was a scam to get in my computer and that many of them received the same call.
