Thank you for your interest, I am the owner of the unit you are inquiring about and the unit is available for immediate move-in, we are looking for a responsible person/family to occupy and maintain the unit.. My wife and I have moved to Hillsboro, Ohio on a job transfer placement with Metro Centre and medical/ health reasons, it's advisable we move closer to our extended family so I can be well taken care of well.

This is going to be a standard lease, not a sublease. Rent is $1000 per month utilities inclusive. Security deposit is $1100, one dedicated parking spot for one car, laundry on premises.

ADDRESS: 1479 N Sierra Way, San Bernardino, CA 92405.. This is a spacious One Bedroom One Bathroom Apartment

The only inconvenience is that I'm the only person who has the keys of the apartment therefore we won't be doing any walk-through.. I’m not renting my home out in the name of financial means, in my philosophy I think the rich or the poor deserve a good home and only looking for a good tenant that will take proper care of my property.

You may go to the apartment to look around the neighborhood and environment and if you'd like to take things further, kindly get back to me for the rental application.
