Hi folks , I see the shills are back. Pay no attention to the NLS poster.  He is incorrect in assuming his debt ownership. If they buy a debt that is older then the statue they cant sue you. If they reset the date on the debt with the credit bureau, its a federal offense and they go to Jail. Buying a 10 year old debt  does NOT reset the statue of limitations in any state. I spoke with the FBI and Snohomish county sherriffs office about NLS in the last couple of weeks and they are on it. There is a law change coming in washington that will stop most of these fly by night collectors. Just hang in there. Let your answering machine record everything for use in a lawsuit. It takes 2 to have a conversation. Change your phone number if necessary or just block their number. If they cant make contact they cant collect. If they serve you a real summons Just take the harrassing calls to court with you and file crimminal charges against them. I was originally after randall goins but when these people started using the same database, well they are on the list too. THey will eventually stop. If they cant collect they just go on to the next file.

Now I have about 7 voicemails of them threatening civil action ,and they will get a judgement.
Which will result in wage garnishment, property and bank acct. Seizure
And now they are saying because I admitted to having the debt

Your debt is out of statute in all 50 states (over 10  years) You can only restart a debts statute if you agree IN WRITING or MAKE SOME SORT OF PAYMENT. A verbal in Washington state wont do it. Also  they must sue you in the state and county where you live and not in Washington.

They did not send you anything in writing because they have NOTHING but some computer data. They are claiming to be a FIRST party collector after purchasing a debt from another party. THAT DOSENT WORK ! The kept calling here with the same exact info  that IMR did for the same person at the same wrong number.  I notified a whole bunch of law enforcement people in addition to the FBI  and  they all told me the same thing. Both companies have basically "had it "  they will both be shut down but it is going to take time. Meanwhile you can block their phone number , You can also  contact the Snohimish county sherrifs tip line and notify the Washington State licencing commission about them. You also should file a complaint with the Washington state Attorney generals office. If they call you  just hang up or let them spew the illegal talk into your answering machine so you have evidence.  Do not engage in a conversation with them as it takes 2 to argue. Let them argue with a machine.  Most of their collectors are so tired of wrong numbers and leaving messages, they cant collect and they quit within a week or 2 of being hired as they all work on comission.

People that pay scum like this do so because they use harrassment and intimadation to frighten people.

These companies are all scams, the debts are illegally purchased and we only use scare tactics to obtain the money, after i came to learn of the fraudulent nature of the company I quit, shortly after the company put a stop payment on my paycheck..one i received while still employed. I am now embroiled in a case with them lawyers, BBB, L&I, other former employees, attorney general so on and so forth, Randall Goins/ James Alexander/ J. Westerfelder ( A new alias goins used to get a bank account with wellsfargo) will  be forwarding info to them to let them know they are holding money for a criminal company. Bothell police informed me to file all possible civil complaints and call them back. Goins has a pile of warrants for his arrest stretching back to west Virginia. did 7 years in prison for shooting someone. If you get calls from these people. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANYTHING!  
Answer the phone and politely tell them im sorry i dont know anyone by that name, claim you just got the number a year ago and have been receiving calls from other companies as well.. say thank you and all that [***] and hey should just remove your number. thats the easiest way, once they find out its your number your [***], they will call and call and call.

Apparently, New Leaf Solutions LLC obtained old data and are now attempting to file suit on me for "some debt" from several years ago.  I am in Texas and the statute of limitations to file on a debt is 4 years, I believe.  They use threats & scare tactics and continually indicate that they are filing a civil suit to obtain a judgement so they can collect "some debt" for which I am not completely certain.  To my knowledge, they have never mailed anything or put their claim in writing to provide upfront information on whatever debt they claim to have.  They obtained my cellphone number, which I have as unlisted.  Clearly, obtained in an underhanded manner.  I have no intention of communicating with these scammers.

I appreciate information that a few of you have posted so that I know I am not alone in being harrassed by New Leaf Solutions LLC

Where are all of your "contacts in many agencies" you said they would come straight to our door.

It looks like all of your complaints led back to you simply not taking responsibility for your own actions.  You should just call back be a man and take responsibility for what you have done so we can help you get the matter resolved.

If what you said here was true I'm sure we would have seen something by now.  The fact is that New Leaf Solutions LLC is not a scam but Tim Baker is a scam artist and a deadbeat.

A federal Tax ID number is confidential and will not be given out here and could not be used for verification anyway but you can verify that New Leaf Solutions LLC is a legitimate company.

Those are both frivolous cases by two people who hired the same attorney who couldn't even make proper service of the court documents and named people who couldn't legally be named in the action.

How did you get the court clerk on the phone?

The Snohomish county Court Clerk has not taken any incoming calls for several years due to budget cuts.  If you call you get an automated message telling you that.

I have done some research on the  owners and apparently Rocco Liace is a convicted child molester. Any one can look up this information, check out the Snohomish County court website. Scary.

The caller ID thus likely spoofed, or the collection agency is being run illegally without Washington state licenses.
