They threatened me. They said I better have an attorney. They said it was their last call but called 4x in 3 days and told me my time was up.

Received another call from their bogus company, from Joe Steele who explained to me very politely and professionally how they are trying to help. In closing Mr. Steele provided me with his number, stating "again, this is Joe Fox with New Leaf Solutions"... Mr. Steele, Mr. Fox.... who ever you are, practice your name before making that call.

This company is a scam and has false info that has passed the statute of limitations (most states over 10 yrs)  They continue to harass people and their families trying to collect money not owed. I have a credit score over 800 and they are trying to threaten me to pay something that is not real. They have gone on line and found family members outside the state I live in and threatened them if they do not divulge my personal info and location. I have referred them to the FBI for review as they are doing things against the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and County Statute of Limitations. Do not fear these people just refer them to FBI.  They are not paying taxes and use telemarketers that are on welfare and can't understand anything they are saying in a canned speech. Received a message on my voicemail from them. I copied the message left on my machine and turned it over to my attorney, along with a log of the times they called and the dispute letter I sent to them. I currently have a case against them in Federal Court.

Always dispute, through proper course, alleged debts and keep records of everything! Even the messages left on your voicemail and date & times they have called you.

A representative of this company called and asked for a relative who isn't a resident of this home, which belongs to an 87 year old woman in the advanced stages of Alzheimer's.

The agent will not stop calling although I have repeatedly gave him all the information I have and let him know the condition of the woman who owns the land line. He was rude and is insisting he will not stop calling,  when I asked him to please stop. His response was "You don't get to tell me what to do" then just continued to call and call. He even went so far as to make a disparaging remake about how he'd like to speak to the woman with Alzheimer's and he didn't care about her condition, because she would "just forget about it in 5 minutes anyway".

He has called here this evening the following times:

I just checked the BBB website. This company is riddled with complaints all of the same nature. They are not BBB accredited because of this.

Why is NLS spending so much time defending themselves when they could be using the feedback people give and try to improve their customer service and their company as a whole? If they are a legitimate business they would be using this feedback and hopefully changing the way the do business. Based on the complaints I've read on the BBB site all NLS does it try to push the blame off on others. As far as I'm concerned that's EXTREMELY unprofessional. They complain about how people are rude to them but, from what I've heard they can be pretty rude and pushy themselves. I get that they are a collection agency but that doesn't mean that every person you talk to needs to be treated like trash. How can you expect someone to give you money when you can't even prove they owe it? Remember NLS treat people the way you want to be treated.

This company is a group that buys bad debit and does not care if the limitations have been reached, DO NOT GIVE IN TO THEM.  THEY KNOW YOUR BIRTHDATE AND WILL SCOPE IN ON SENIORS,  People like these scum bags should be arrested but once again Law is not on the Peoples side.  Disregard them, they dont like when you WHISTLE LOUDLY INTO THE PHONE, They don't like when you use curse words, turn the table on them.  Too many crooks out there and these guys are slim bags.

It's that simple.

I have been getting calls for a few years from IMR, whatever IMR was before they picked that name, and now New Leaf.

I told IMR I didn't do business over the phone.  Send me their claim in writing.  They did.  I forwarded the claim to the AG office of the state they said the claim was made in.  The AG office told me it was time barred debt and that IMR could ATTEMPT to get me to agree to pay it.....but that there was NO LEGAL action that could be taken.

Beware of NLS they show up with no number on your caller ID and then leave a callback number of 855-851-8093. I tried calling the number and you can't reach anybody except voice mail. I have reported them to the FBI and State Attorney General's Office of Massachusetts. I have also notified my relatives of their shady and bogus tactics. I will be speaking with my lawyer in the morning. So NLS I am formerly asking you to cease and desist in any phone contact with me. You need to have your "supposed" collections representatives answer their phones and outgoing representatives leaving derogatory and inflammable messages and accusations.

Your company is a scam!!!! and if you are going to arrest people and make threats please on come on because me and my attorney are already for you and your scam !!! Especially when no money has ever been deposited into my account per the bank going after checking 3 years!!! Tell your Casey Hart if in fact that is her real name to bring it on!!! Because this is my business collections!!! This will be the lawsuit of all times so I am right here don't wait because the day that the sheriff shows up is the day I will see your sorry scamming ass in federal court!!!!
