have received over 200 messages from that phone number on a cell phone I never use and whose number I have given to no one.  The messages sound like they are intended for a man named John who is being asked about being ready to go fishing in Alaska.

Just got a voice message from 425 2417064. It was a female saying her name was Cynthia and to call her back.  When calling back that number I get a voice mail as if I was trying to get my voice mail. Very weird.

just got another message from Cynthia.. and I don't know who this is... I called AT&T and they said really nothing can be done, and not to call the number back from the cell phone, because chances are that the  # is really not local, although it appears that it is.. but it could be from across the country and fees would be tagged on to place a call... better to block the # if you have a block list.
