yep the same number, silence on the other end of the line when i picked up, caller id said "phone". im reporting this at donotcall.gov because we are on a donot call list and these people are harrassing a lot of us, so if you're registred at donotcall.gov -do report it. if this number accumulates enough complaints, they just might get fined...

425-390-8141 has called me several times, and my number is on the national do not call list.  I finally waited for someone to answer, credit card loans.  As soon as I said "I wish you would quit calling me", she hung up.  If you call the number, no one answers and a recording asks if you want to be removed from their list....put on "their do not call list".

TWO HANG-UP CALLS

Calls many times per day leaves no message, busy when you call back.  Do not know anyone in Washington.   Calls also come from 425-390-8156

Called at dinnertime....did not answer since identified only as "phone call"; all I ask for is a little no phone time with telemarketers after a long work day, but seems that will NEVER be possible; no call registry seems to be totally ineffective as these guys can bypass.... no wonder why we are always stressed!!! A little peace in my own home would be so very nice.....

I shouted at them and they said I was evil and they'd get down on their knees and pray for me.

Just received a call from "Phone", did not answer. Called it back and got an automated answer, press 1 to stop receiving these calls from this number and they say to allow 24 hours to process the request!

Received a call from 425-390-8141. Answered it. Recording stated "this is your last chance to lower your interest rates on your credit cards. We have sent several notices to your residence without response. The only qualification is that you must owe at least 3,000 total on your cards.  Press "1" to speak to a friendly customer representative".  I pressed "1" and a human voice answered. I asked who this was calling and she hung up. THIS is very maddening.

Got a call from whoever JERK on 2-24-12, Renton, WA did not answer, I do not answer house phone anyway, unless I recognize the number.

Yeah - another number for "Credit Card Services."  It is a recording, asking to "Press 1" to talk to an agent.  I pressed 1, got a femaile agent, and I asked, "What card are you calling about?"  She hung up.  Another number for the same outfit is 253-382-9031.  It is a scam - they are calling blind, and the purpose is ostensibly to consolidate your credit card debt into one card - theirs.  You must have $3000 of CC debit to qualify.

I think we should all call the above idot number at the same time..  How about we all call the 436 number on Feb 29 at noon.  Maybe we can burn up their robo machine.  I know it's just a pipe dream but it's nice to think it might work. Wish our goverment would actually enforce the do not call list for once in its miserable life.

Called me today. I.D. says PHONE. They did not leave a message.We are on the do not call list. I'm sure they don't care. I've programmed the phone to block them from now on.

same as everyone else - "card member services" has been calling me using different numbers for YEARS. they are always rude, will always hang up if you ask to be placed on their DNC list, don't care if you're on the National DNC list or not. just now, (2/28/2012, 2:45p) i got a call from this number, and i waited through the message to hit "1" to talk to someone. i immediately asked to speak to the person's manager. he said, "are you calling to lower your interest rates, sir?" and i said, "i'm asking to speak to your manager." and he said, "buddy, you know that's not going to happen." and i said, "no, i DON'T know that, that's why i'm asking to speak to your manager."

he said, "sorry, we only speak to customers here." and hung up on me.

if i could find a way to trace where these people are calling from, i'd do it in a heartbeat, then make it public. i wouldn't feel any guilt for anything that happened after that.

They have been calling with some credit card offer; press 1 if want to talk to a rep. Nobody was there after I pressed 1. I called back, and  it is some generic call center. They did offer to stop calling if I pressed 1 - I did; we'll see what happens.
