Caller ID "Trikon".  He wanted to know "who made the business decisions."  I asked for specific information about the purpose of his call which he would not give.  I told me just to take the message!  I told him I didn't take messages without proper identification.  He bacame very rude and aggressive.  It's days like this that I earn my keep as telephone gatekeeper.  He got the telephonic "bum's rush" as I like to call it.

Got a call from a woman who barely spoke English telling me that she is from Microsoft Tech support and started asking me to open this and open that, then told me to go to windowslivesupport.com which is some website running out of India. They then started asking me a whole bunch of other crap and they put me on hold. I did a whois in the website and knew right away and that was that BEWARE IT'S A SCAM

Got another call from this number from a preson who could barely speak English. He started to state that he was from Microsoft Tech and then I hung up on them. This is a scam

I have had a call twice from someone who says that they are from Windows.  Asked if my browser was slow and the first time they said that my computer was in jeopardy. What a pile.......!

I hung up.  Should have given them a piece of my mind.  Can't these people get an honest job?

Called me, none of them spoke real english, they were all habibs, not to be racist. They told me to go sit at my computer that has windows installed. I told them that I have three computers, and all computers these days have windows installed. They told me to go into my computer, then a bunch of other files, then to see how many error reports are showing... I did none of which and sat across the room from the computer the whole time. I asked the person to transfer me to someone who is american and they put me on hold. They did, for a while and when they came back i asked what the purpose of the phone call was. They again informed me that i have viruses on my computer. i got a know it all attitude with them and the lady got mad and yelled and put me on hold and then it hung up on me.

Scam- for sure. don't even go over to your computer when they tell you to. I don't know- maybe they can hack into your computer while you do what they tell you to do.

they called me and said windows 7 sent them error messages and they needed to check my system. they didnt know what to say when i told them I used a mac. They said my number was registered with a windows 7 computer and I said I just got this number, must have been the previous people that had this number. I didnt know you registered computers to numbers.....

I got a call from this number earlier tonight.  On the caller ID it simply showed "Kirkland WA"  The caller spoke with a heavy accent, didn't seem to comfortable with english, and was able to identify me by last (only last) name.  Then the pitch about how they received information about a Windows 7 update Mal internet download issue, that could have put my computer at risk!  He said he was from something along the lines of One Stop PC check, or something similar sounding (again, very thick accent, couldn't quite make out what was being said)  He kept telling me to go to my computer, so they could run a scan and find all my virus's, to which I replied "Oh, I know I'm clean, no need"  A few seconds of silence.  "Okay, now go to your computer, and we can check for virus's for FREE"  Again, my response of "No thanks, I was just on, and it's clean"  There was some talking in the background, followed by them hanging up without saying anything else.

Stated he was from "Anderson Law Firm"  I asked what he wanted and he wouldn't answer me unless I confirmed that I was me. I hung up.

Called and said trying to collect debt and would be sending someone to my place of employment to arrest me and take me into the court

these people said i owned a dedt and i was being taking to court had all my info ,not cool someone needs to shut them down

This company called me a few months ago from a different number, and again today from the 425 number telling me the same bull they told me months ago. They claimed that I had a court date for the following day and asked if I had been getting information in the mail about said case. When I asked them to clarify they said there was an affidavit from some payday loan company claiming I owe them $500. When I disputed the accusation they became flustered and hung up. I'm definitely going to be giving them a piece of my mind. How they got my information is beyond me, but they will be sorry.

I got a call from this number-this is what showed up on my caller ID.  It was a woman with a slight indian accent.  She called my job.  I indicated I was not available and asked for her to leave a message.  She said her name is Nancy Walker.  She would not state what the call was about or what company she was with.  She had called earlier today but her number showed up as 856-637-2751.  When I asked for her phone number she left the 856-637-2751 number.  In the background you could hear other people talking and all were foreign accents.  The message she left for me the first time sounded like a debt collection call.  If I or my attorney did not call her back she wished me luck as the situation would unfold on me.  Both of these calls are definitely scams.  I wish these scum bags would go back to where they came from and leave us alone.

A man with an extremely heavy middle eastern accent has called from this number 425-406-9010 and 206-397-1113 and left messages stating his name is Daniel Walker (Yeah Right!) and that I needed to return his call immediately or things would unfold on me; he then called back a second time and stated that I needed to call back within 2 hours or only God could save me tomorrow when events unfolded.  He has stated that we need to call him back at 949-204-0993 or else a legal mess would unfold on me tomorrow at work as well as my residence.  He said that he does not like being sent to voice messaging systems...do not sit on my phone waiting for it to ring!
I am contacting all proper authorities as this is obviously a scam based on all previous posts their job seems to switch as well as the fact everything he threatened his illegal in the United States.  Please contact proper authorities as well!

Got the 206-397-1113 phone call and that other number starting with 425-406-9010 related to it both today and yesterday. Today the dude (middle eastern accent) said he was from first credit services. Knew my first/last name too. I told him I knew he was a scam artist, to stop calling me and then told him to peace out brother. lol He was probably like WTF? [***]

Who are you contacting so I can contact people in my state? He didn't threaten me but I didn't really engage with him and give him the chance. Is there still anyone I can contact?

Beware of these people. They are attempting to get money and collect info on innocent people. They claim I am going to be arrested and sent to court.

Someone called who I could barely understand.  He asked for me, I told him that I didn't want to buy anything and he said he was not selling anything.  Then he tried it in his mumbo jumbo language that there was something about a computer crashing, I could hardly hear him.  I told him that I did not want him to call me again and that I have a record of these calls and if he ever calls again I will report him and hung up.  Idiots.  Know idea what country he was from.  Really bad English.  Tip off right there.

They've been calling for 4 years.  Apparently the person that had my number before must owe someone money.  They calls stopped for a while but they have started again.  When I answered last night and told them they STILL have the wrong number the crazy man became irrate and called me a liar, 3 different times.  I'm so sick of these disgusting people.
