Does it do any good to complain about these calls?
I beginning to believe they are in with my phone company to get their calls through.
I do not want their calls, I do not want their products and MOST OF ALL I DO NOT WANT THEM CALLING MY NUMBER.  I am on the do not call list,  I have a unlisted number, but they still get thru?

We've got all the scumbags anyone could ask for right in this country.  Delusional conspiracy theories won't help fight this problem.

We keep adding laws to be enforced, but want to drastically reduce the size and cost of government.  Figure out the result...

These clowns have been calling several times a day with free security system offers.  Yes, we're on the DNC list.  Yes, we punched "2" to be taken off the caller's list.  Yes, we reported them to the BBB and FTC.  No result... and no surprise.  Everybody wants to pay lower taxes and this is what happens when the government can't fund operations.  Get used to it... it's going to get a lot worse.

Meanwhile, since I have a "dumb" landline (circa 1950s), got to opt for a low-tech solution like a whistle or other noisemaker.  And have some fun with the callers, waste their time...

we are on do not call list, but they keep calling

My phone company (Century Link) said that I can block up to 10 phone numbers for an additional $6 a month. Something to think about.
