Got call labeled Customer Service at 8:30 a.m. Eastern time...which is 5:30 a.m. Pacific. Area code 425 is Pacific time -- no legitimate customer service operation is working then. Left no message. Some sort of scam.

Just got a call on my cell (which is, of course, on the totally-useless Do Not Call list) from them. mumbled something about lowering my APR. Where's the prosecution when we need it?

Just got a call from this number. It was a woman with very heavy Indian accent offering me a lower interest rate on my credit cards. She knew I had accounts with certain companies, however she did not know my name, so I hung up. Sounds like a scam to get more info for ID theft.

They called twice within a few minutes around 0900 EST, but I ignored both. If they aren't in my address book they can leave a message. Which they did not.

Robo call at 10:41 AM 11/21.  Caller ID shows 425-406-9172 and "Unknown".  American-accented female voice said they were calling about my credit card account, but not to worry because there were no problems, they just wanted to lower my rates.  This is interesting since I *have no* credit card accounts, having cancelled them all years ago. Call was placed to my cell phone, and I get lousy reception in my office, so it dropped before I could press any buttons.  Reported to Florida and national DNC lists.
