CID just had the phone number.

Recorded call wanting to interview me for some unspecified job. Gave me a local number to call back, which I didn't write down. This is amusing since my husband has worked for the same company since 1987 and I'm not currently seeking employment. Yeah, sure, I'm going to interview with some random person who robo-calls me out of the blue and doesn't even give me a company name.

I have not applied for a job.  His message was too general.  It bothered me that the caller, Paul, did not leave the name of the company.  Interesting too, that when I tried to find out who the two numbers belonged to, there was no information (he called from one WA number and gave a local number as the call back).

Left a voice mail regarding holding job interviews.  I am not looking for a job!!!!!  No company name, just a call back number!! Weird!!!  Ignored it.  I am on the do no call list and still continue to receive these annoying calls!!!

I received a recorded message from Paul who says he is setting up interviews for a job in their Salt Lake City, Utah office for some unspecified job.  Since they did not say what the job was for and it seemed suspicious to me I decided to google the number 1-425-406-9278 which is in the Washington State area and somewhere near Seattle and I saw there were other post where other people also received this same recorded message, so I decided to NOT return the call.  Why do people do this?

I also received a call from this number. I have not alpplied for a job either. But why is it that no one has called them back to find out what it is all about? Are you afraid to speak to them? I thought that is what this site is all about, to find out who and why these people called you. I will call back and find out and let you know.

A scam? What kind of scam? No one seems to care to find out. It is from a company call Trans America Financial Advisers. When I called them back, it was an answering machine that wanted your name, number and the best time to call back.
I guess we'll see what they want when they call back.
