Robocall for "customers who purchase their own health insurance"

Caller ID said "Affordable HLTH", I didn't answer, they didn't leave a message.

Robocall - called back and asked to be put on their do not call list through an automated system. Since I have called ID block I seriously doubt it will work but we'll see. 72 hrs wait. This is the 3rd time I get a call from them.

Recorded message from scammer says that they are selling health insurance plans from various major health insurance companies.  Filling out a health insurance application is a great way for a scammer to steal all your personal information, your identity, and a credit card number too.  The recording never mentions the name of the insurance broker.  My caller ID shows "AFFORDBL HLTH".

Having  been frustrated by a plethora of  telemarketers, we  purchased one of the best computer aided phone blockers which routes all calls through our large MacPros  (made by Parliant Corp)  After setup, you can either designate incoming calls as "Accepted"  or "Blocked"  or  "Rejected".  It contains exceptional programmed voices in 20 languages or you can insert any message used by a major phone company such as AT&T or Verizon (which are in public domain).     Unfortunately, we are not certain if this product is still being retailed in the United States as we purchased it from the UK  ( it works exceptionally in at least 20 countries).
      This particular  caller, from  the State of Washington,  is a  third party health provider which is clearly a front for spam  or  phishing--- take your pick.  
    We strong advise consumers NOT to  use the so-called,  "Do Not Call Registry",  setup by the government in 2003 under President Bush. (From 2003-2005 it worked without problem).   Sadly,  under the Obama  administration it is clearly no longer supported  and has been hacked several times (according to anonymous sources).  In addition, we have been told of several State Supreme Courts which have now blocked it's use.   In addition,  blocking a call will NOT work if the call is:
 a) from a business;  b) a toll free number; c)  and/or from a state which has blocked the use of the Registry.  

Got the call from the 425 - Washington State @ 11:31am.
For over a year, we have had ALL AREA CODES IN/FROM WASHINGTON STATE BLOCKED.
Please buy a call blocking phone or device - they work and they are inexpensive.
Our phones do not ring when a blocked call comes in.

Called on 7-7 2014.  Complete silence.  Same Caller ID as above.

Seems like overkill to block all calls from Washington state...what if you have friend that live there?

Called, left no message. I suspect that these are the same people who keep calling even though I block their phone numbers after the 1st try when they leave no message.  They buy new numbers and call from them all over again. I have received approx. 20 calls from these mosquitos in the last month and a half. If they don't leave a message, then they are not legit. BLOCK 'EM ALL AND LET GOD SORT 'EM OUT!!

Recorded message, then someone came on the line and asked me to hold.  Then they asked how they could help me.  When I said "You called me," they hung up on me.  I ran out of a meeting to take a telemarketing call where they hung up on me!

Robo call from some purported insurance sales outfit. I now have that number forwarded to a different junky telemarketer. I can only block ten numbers, but I can forward ten more to another crap caller, and that's what I'm doing. One gets forwarded to itself.

Apparently, these people don't have clue!
We have have had ALL area codes from Washington state blocked for over a year.  They can change phone numbers all they want - doesn't matter - if they call from any area code in Washington state, they are blocked!

Idiots called when I was in the middle of something.  Stick your robocall!  United Healthcare sucks, anyhow!
