Caller ID said SPEC GRAPH. I answered but no one was there. The call hung up after I said Hello? a couple of times. 9:15am CDT. Our phone number is dual use personal and business. This might have been a business marketing call.

Caller ID came up as "Kirkland".  Answered in business manner, said hello couple times.  Hang up call.

Called my office and claimed to be someone with the same last name as mine. Reception put him on hold and he hung up...[***]. It's illegal to call a business, let alone claim to be a family members

Number with ID from Kirkland WA -- calls my business 1-2 times per day every day for the last three months. Absolutely infuriating.

This number is in every 24 hour fitness, Win-This-Car, Cash Advance and Auto Insurance quote application I could get my hand on !!

They call several times each week. This time Scott Delaney. When you ask the name of the company they repeat their name and ask for the "owner." Just say you'll put them through and leave them on-hold until they hang up. They'll get the message.

Extremely rude caller claiming to be James Allen. Asks for the principal of our business then hangs up.

After several hangups I answered to get them to quit cloggong my called ID. She asked for husband by name and I said she sounded like a telemarketer and I needed more information to decide if I should disturb him.  I asked what it was in regards to and she kept saying she needed to talk to the business owner. When I said I would not bother him without more information, she then said it was personal for the business owner. Calling back the number get a machine that will take you off their call list, supposedly. We are already on the do not call list.

As several have reported, the Caller ID says "Kirkland, WA," and the calls are being made to my business line in North Bend, WA.  I pick up the phone, say "Hello" several times, and no one answers, but there are no hang-ups until I hang up the phone.

I just did a "call back" and got an unusual messaging system, that states "You have the automated Update (sounds like "up-dot) Service for this number.  The female voice states that this is an FCC required update service, asking that I input my phone number, and then input it again, in order to be removed from the telemarketing call list.  

I did not take ANY of these steps.  I, too am registered on the Do Not Call Registry.  This is a scam call.

Have received several phone calls from this number.  Caller ID states:  Kirkland, WA.  Calls are being made to my business line at 425.831.7707.  I have picked up the phone and said "Hello" on several occasions.  Sometimes, I simply pick up the phone to see if anyone will say "hello?"  No one ever answers, nor does the caller hang up.  I always hang up.  

There is a "Specgraph" in India.  Whoever they are they called our answering service customers a total of 34 times in July.
