Dead air call.    Will block from now on.

Called, left no message.  Called back and got a comp. voice saying if you would liketo stop receiving calls for promotions, press 1.

I got a call from them on my cell  Boy do I really not want to start getting sales calls on my cell .

So the guy hung us (live guy btw) and he was trying to sell some security related thing . Like an alarm system ? whatever.

So I tried like 30 times to call back and kept gettiing a recording . My plan was to take up like 30 minutes listing to his speil and sound very interesting and then tell him that I just was waisting his time.

Why would you waste 30 minutes of your cell time and your own life, just to get back at a scammer who will never be found? He/she can/will call you back multiple times from different faked numbers on your caller ID.

Ignoring/not answering/blocking is the best way to get rid of them. I installed a call blocker on my smartphone and the calls have basically ended. The blocker is affiliated with a database of known scam numbers. Peace at last.
