1-425-408-9661 "L7 SRVC Call" on caller ID was not recognized. I did not answer the call because to me it was suspicious

Didn't pick up because I didn't recognize the number. No voicemail was left.

Nobody there.  Caller ID said KIRKLAND WA.  Wasn't Cosco.

Received a call at 10:35 am. Do not answer unknown callers. Caller ID says L7 SRVC CALL.  Left no message, more than likely scammer.

I recieved a non robotic call from Cathy about pain management. I told her I wasn't interested and told her to stop calling my home. She apologized, and said she would put me on their do not call list.

Have received several calls from this number, showing as "Kirkland WA" on Caller ID.  We don't answer calls from people/companies/numbers that we don't recognize, but no message is ever left when the calls are answered by our answering machine.  Probably just a sales call, even though we are listed on the Do Not Call registry, and should no longer receive these types of annoying calls!  IMO, the DNC registry has been mostly ineffective in putting a stop to telemarketers!  

Calling me about my pain management problem. I didn't know I had one. I let them talk until they were done never saying a word. Then I hear them asking if I was there.....still no reply from me.....they hangup. Next time I blow a whistle into the phone when they ask if I am still here then follow that up with a yes I am.

Do Not Engage these scam artists!  Asked about pain I was  receiving. Please everyone if you know an elderly person please instruct them not to give any info to unknown people who call them. I hate when these sleaze balls try and take advantage. I instructed my elderly mom and others to tell these people to " go to hell" and hang up intermediately, and if they call repeatedly then go to the FCC site and report them.

Caller ID says Kirkland, Wa. Called @1:32 pm was not here.

My turn - same deal, called and left no message, saw the write-ups here, hit the "blacklist" button on our call blocker, problem solved.

Just for the heck of it I did a *67 (to block my outgoing Caller ID) and called the number back - the message said it was an "unassigned number" - meaning it was spoofed and fake, just like the morons using it. Definitely a scam.

I know, I try telling my elderly mom not to engage these pple.  just cuz someone calls, doesnt mean you gotta answer, just cuz someone asks you a questions, doesnt mean you have to answer.
How is it that these scammers can change what the caller id says.
I got a call one It had for the caller ID, MY NAME, AND FOR THE PHONE # MY #.  as if I was calling myself.

Ineffective? Useless. The budget is buried in the FCC budget somewhere - I can't find it. In all, 150 calls have been prosecuted under the laws. 150!!!? Hell, I get that many calls in a month from scammers and telemarketers who do not abide by the Do Not Call List. Home or Cell. This probably boils down to several millions per prosecution.
