Recorded message sounding like a real personal greeting , but it a computer

Missed Phone Call, No Message.  Called back and it was a recording, "Thank you for calling back.  If you are not interested in our promotion...."

Diane called me, then when I said hello again, she hung up on me. Number said from Kirkland WA. No company name was given

Diane called from 425-406-9688 and hung up when I asked what she wanted. I have also received numerous calls on my cellphone from someone using a different name but with the same voice who also hung up on me when I answered.

Precious Metals Trading Corp with 'special offer' on precious metals.  Would not divulge where she was calling from

I called back they are telemarkers. Said if I wasn't interested in future promotions to press one and it would take up to 72 hours to take me off their list.  BLOCKED!,

ID said Kirkland WA. When I answered, no one said anything, then they hung up. Don't waste your time with them.
