Get this call often. If I hang on to the phone, it eventually says goodby. Also, I get calls for duct cleaning services with a person on the line. Have told them to take me off their list but I'm still being called

Four times in less than one minute today.  Annoying beyond belief.  I filed a complaint from the link someone kindly posted above.

These guys are relentless jerks. Not only have I called back and followed their prompts to "remove your number from our database" several times, I have added my number to the do not call list. They refuse to give names or the true name of the company. This last time I asked the guy why he called when I was on the Do Not Call list and he started yelling profanity at me. Don't bother answering!!!

After receiving a number of calls from this company, I wanted to at least know who they were. This is a real company called Evergreen Pure Air. They offer to clean your ducts for $29. If you check consumer websites, you'll see multiple reports of them going to homes and telling homeowners that they need much more work (and, according to complaints, will not leave until you pay them more money--- sometimes as much as $300).

If you are on the Do Not Call list, I highly recommend taking at least one of their phone calls and asking them to not call you again. Then, when they do, report EVERY CALL to the FTC's Do Not Call Complaint dept. They will apparently be fined for EACH call. Receive countless unending calls from these scammers but I do not answer unidentified calls as the scammers are allowed to continue without repercussions and are not shut down. They know how to scam the system with multiple numbers and know they are more powerful than the system to control them.  Many calls come from foreign countries.
DNC enforcers please do your job and shut these scammers down.  Why does this go on and on.  If the calls were forwarded to the people who are paid to enforce these laws, it would end in a New York second. Protect yourself and provide no information. Hang up and call whoever they say they represent to confirm validity of call.  Legitimate companies do not call on weekends, holidays and early and late hours.

I received a call this morning that showed up on my caller ID as Duct Service. I answered the call.  The man on the line called me by my first name and identified the company as Evergreen Air Duct Cleaning Services. The solicitor said my heating system air ducts were due for a cleaning. I was immediately annoyed and asked, "How do you know that?" He said that they have record of my last cleaning. I responded, "No you don’t"."

At this point, the man's voice became very aggressive. He told me that he had record; (I could hear him shuffling papers in the background) of replacing my igniter.  Now it is comical, I again said, "No you don't." He became more aggressive and argumentative. He repeated that his records show they have replaced my igniter; mind you, that he has not produced a date just claims that they have serviced my heating system in the past. Rather than continue to argue with the solicitor, I asked him to remove me from their call list.  He abruptly said he would, and hung up.

Here is the funny part, my husband and I are friends to the family members and owners of Dana's Heating here in Kitsap County. I can assure you that they are the only company we have ever used for our HVAC needs.

This Duct Cleaning business takes bulling to a completely new level.

On dnc list these people call every other day

Calls my house almost once a day, when I did answer ,the man on the other end was rude after I told him I did not need a cleaning service.

Yes it's a scam. They called my house for the past week if we don't pick up they don't leave a voicemail. Then when I picked up this afternoon the man sexually harassed me! DO NOT pick up and get your phone number odd there phone list.

Received a call from Duct Service 3/25/15 and today, 3/27.  The call today was on caller id at 9:30 am.  We were gone from 9 to 10:45 and we were robbed.  I think there's something bigger to this whole thing.  If you get a call from these people, hide your valuables.

They called and had my info creepy!!!

I asked them to stop calling me, but they won't listen. Got phone call from cleaning service "again and again", the sales person was very RUDE.

I just got the same call. Rude guy and yes, said that we were a repeat customer.
Like everyone else, I told him we were not and that we are on the Do Not Call List and his call was illegal. Stop calling and take me off the list. Pushy, of course, he said to just listen to what he had to tell me...I told him to stop calling and hung up.
Also, thanks for the link....I just filed my complaint.  Let's let them have a nice big penalty bill.

Ugh, these people are the WORST, beyond annoying & rude & add, relentless. Same experiences as everyone else, I asked him nicely to take me off their list & don't call, he said I had to listen to why he was even calling. I said I don't need to hear it, just please remove me, then he screamed with his accent "I GOING TO CALL YOU EVERY DAY", I said he better not, he screamed louder "OK, NOW I CALL YOU EVERY DAY, ALL DAY". I submitted a complaint to FCC with 1st # used 425-654-5622, now he's using another (of many I'm sure) 425-654-5313. I've been on DNC since it started, apparently a waste of time. I did try the whistle but not sure it worked, now I don't even p/u the phone. FRUSTRATED!!

They called stating they were Evergreen Heating and Cooling.  They stated my AC unit was due for an annual service and because I was a previous customer they could cut me a deal.  I told them I had never used them and that my furnace was actually being worked on as we spoke (which it oddly enough was).  He stated he couldn't understand why I couldn't remember using them before.  He also had my address and name, which was odd.  I tried to interrupt him by saying stop over and over.  Finally hung up on him.

425-654-5313 This number has called numerous times even though we have repeatedly told them we are on the Do Not Call list. They are rude when you tell them this. Do NOT trust them, scammers!! (comes up as cleaning service on our caller ID)

The best way to deal with these people is to block their call if your system allows it.  They call from a couple of different numbers so you will have to block all of them.  I talked to their rep and complained that they were not checking the National Do Not Call Registry before calling.  She apologized and said she would remove me from the list.  However I kept getting the calls so I blocked them.

Filing a complaint with the FCC helps them accumulate data but they don't act on individual complaints.  I'm sure there are way too many calls for them to follow up.

We have received daily calls from this number, caller id says "Cleaning service" I have called the number 4 times and pushed 2 to be removed from the database....this has been weeks. They still call on a daily basis.
I have even pushed 1 to schedule and apt and ask to be removed, the girl just hung up on me.

They won't stop calling. I'm going to make an appointment at a made up address.
