    It's a Longview/Tyler, TX landline. They called my private landline/hung up. I returned the call, twice, blocked. The first time a female answered and inquired if I'd received a missed call. I asked her who she was with, and she said either MLA  or NLA. When I investigated further, she hung up on me. The 2nd time, she answered again, and I asked her who she was with, again, and this time she was more specific, and said she was with National Locating Agency, a debt collector. I investigated the name, and all I came up with was National Recovery Agency. I, then, returned the favor and hung up on her.
