Should I answer? Been job hunting but number came up as Spam Risk.

It is really your decision.

"Spam Risk" does not tell you if the call is good or bad, just that your phone company probably did not bother to do a search for the number's subscriber.  "Spam Risk" just means that the call may be unwanted (like spam emails, or the processed meat in a can).
Just answering the call cannot harm you, and the caller already knows that your phone is in service since it rang.  Unless you are extremely gullible and manipulable, even if it is a scammer calling, you do not need to worry about being scammed as long as you keep your head and consider any answer before you give it.  Remember, you always have the ultimate control over the call thanks to a button on every phone.  Push that button and you cause the call to end.

If they call again, go ahead and answer, maybe it is a spam call, maybe a scam call or possibly it might be an actual job offer.  In any case you will know for sure.  Just a simple "Hello, this is <your name>, who am I speaking to?" should let you determine the type of call and if you need to push the button.
