After my simple Good Morning! greeting, there was a pause and then an artificial background sound of a busy call center.  A voice said this is Chris...recent investigations...consumers overcharged and subjected to aggressive tax debt collection....call 888 344 9862...at your earliest convenience...we look forward to hearing from you soon. The message never identified a company name.  Upon calling the number shown on Caller ID (not the toll free number given),  I heard:  National Tax Relief Program....tax debt can be reclassified....press 4 to talk to a....    I pressed 4 and heard  ...one caller ahead of you.....  Some cheesy music played and then call ended.
