    The caller says her name is susan williamson because thats the best name she can think of and then gives you an address that doesn’t exist because she doesn’t realize google maps is a thing. But anyway, she pretends to be a publisher for this company even though when you look up the address, google maps shows a massive bush next to a highway. Either she is operating this scheme in a bush or doesn’t understand the technological developments in 2024.

    She doesn't claim to be a publisher, she claims that she works for Publisher's Clearing House.  The address is to a building.  I'm thinking that you don't "understand the technical developments in 2024".  From the NMR website:
