My IS showed Charlottesville, VA in my ID - other commentators say this ID is spoofed because this false pain management or healthcare spam call comes from Texas.

I don't answer any numbers I don't know that only have 'city and state' in the ID. They can say "Hello" until the cows come home- if they can't but a real business name in the ID or leave a message they are not talking to me. I will not call them back.

Scammers selling Sister Sarah's Snake oil...trying to steal Medicare and insurance monies. Blocked.

Rec'd an anonymous call from UNAVAILABLE 1-434-212-1101 don't recognize the number they are hiding their identity suspect scammers.

Another offer for free pain cream. Scamming health insurance and Medicare for payment.

answered the phone this guy keeps saying my name trying to get a yes response I just kept saying hello every time he said my name he wasnt happy. after 5 times i hung up

Called my office phone, first dead air for a few seconds as I repeated the standard work greeting, then came on the sound of a call center in the background.  I repeated the greeting twice more and a man with an accent said only "Hello? Hello?", whereupon  I disconnected the call.

Called & hung up with no message.

These scammers continue to call my parents' landline and never leave a message. Reported and trying to block.

Caller ID read FRAUD LIKELY which would make that a truthful caller ID.  I didn't answer the call, of course with a caller ID like that why would I answer?

Didn't answer the phone because the Caller ID for this call read FRAUD LIKELY above the number. Wish that would happen with all these calls!

ID also said Fraud Likely.  Blocked as it rang.

called, said they know I have arthritis and am now qualified for medication that my insurance will pay

This number called my house. The information on the caller ID gives the name as "Fraud Likely". Let the answering machine pick up and no message was left.

I just received a called about a minute ago,  My caller ID said the number and fraud likely.  This is the first time I saw fraud likely on my landline caller ID.

Similar to my experience, said he was from "The Healthcare Assistance Service".  Claimed he was looking at my health records and wanted to let me know that my (unnamed) insurance now covers new drugs.  But he had my health details WRONG, he was just taking a guess - who doesn't sneeze in May?
