Same. Calls. No message. Unknown and likely a spoofed number and a scammer.

"Lou" calls - caller ID Victoria, VA -- I ask him where he is calling from and he says Utah

This guy has a VERY distinct voice and has called from many different numbers.  He always asks for "Christy" and if you tell him there is no Christy at your number he will ask if you want to give money to the state police.  Please don't EVER give money to anyone who calls you like this.  If you want to donate do it directly to the organization.  Let the scammers do nothing but waste their own time.  Don't give them any success.

Its a scam, claiming to collect money for law enforcement but can't give any credentials. Get a real job!

Deep voiced male who wouldn't identify himself.

"Hi, is Patricia there?"
I didn't reply. Brief pause.
"Hi, is Patricia there?"
I didn't reply. Long wait then they disconnected.
Almost sounded like a robocall.
