called cell. health ins scam/spam using a new number. 'press 3 to be connected to a licensed agent, 7 to be placed on our do not call list.' right. already on the do not call list, for all the good THAT does. have 5 numbers blocked now, same scam.

Got a call from this number and the following partial voicemail was left:
"... to a licensed agent or Press 7 to be added to the Do Not Call list.”

I'd want you to consider the following:  if you block their number, they'll just keep coming back over and over again, phishing and spoofing new numbers, to get under your radar again and again, like whack-a-mole at the State Fair.  The easiest, simplest thing to do is to check your CID and just ignore the call.  I don't block them, and I can then recognize the area code, and never answer it when they call again.

These guys are always lazy creatures of habit.  They use the same area code or prefix or suffix, and after a while they become recognizable.   As the Irish says "better the devil you know, than the devil you don't!"  If you block, they'll use a new number.  If you tap the blue link below, you'll see that this one always uses the same area code and only changes their suffix.  Just don't answer.

Even if they were not criminals, who in their right mind would do business with a businessman who violates DNC laws and thinks they're above the law?
