- JennyThis number called me and sounds like the same guy calling from 210-446-3760 and 210-446-3673. Stating that there is a case pending. They don't leave their name or say my name or what firm they belong to. I'm sick of this. I continue to block these callers but they get through some how. I owe no one money...
- sherryThey call me all the time to... ita annoying
- MonaA man called from this number saying that they were coming to arrest me for committing a fraud. He refused to give me any infromation about the company he was calling from or to send any original paperwork from the company I supposedly owe money to. When I persisted to ask questions he finally told me to shut the hell up and hung up on me.

- Kimberly| 4 repliesI just received a call from this number ...A man telling me I have 2 felony theft deception warrants on me and if I don't pay 990 dollars than ill will be arrested and will have to serve 90 days in jail...he says I have till tomorrow at 3:00 to set up a payment, says its from a payday loan from two years ago which I already paid back...
- MJG replies to Kimberly| 3 repliesYou will NOT be arrested OR jailed even if you did owe money. This is a scam!!! If you did not receive something in WRITING (not an email or fax) , ignore the call. You are not warned if you are to receive a summons either!
- leela replies to MJG| 2 repliesAre you certain of this? I was told paperwork was sent to myou ex husband's house so if that was the case I never got it which is not how my ex is. He said I was being charget with 2 felonies and the police would be there to arrest me and take my daughter away if I didn't make payment on money I don't think I even owe. When I said fine I'll call an attorney he said to someone dispatch the police to her house and hung up on me
- Slim replies to leelaOrdinary debt is not a criminal offense. It is a civil offense. There IS a difference!
Ordinary debt is NOT a felony!
Legitimate process servers do not call to warn you, or to get money from you to stop the process. They will deliver the notification without warning.
Also, if you were threatened with an "arrest warrant" via a phone call or email, read this:
http://news.uscourts.gov/warning-arrest-warrant-scam
"The warrant is phony. A valid warrant would not be served by fax or e-mail. It would be served in person by a U.S. Marshal or other law enforcement officer."
"Anyone receiving a fake arrest warrant should contact the FBI or the district U.S. Marshals Office. If there is any question regarding the authenticity of a warrant, contact your district clerk of court." - MJG replies to leelaI will add one comment to Slim's ---there is NO WAY they will take your daughter away. I would report this caller to your local police. That is a direct threat as is jail time. He said he would dispatch the police??? Did they show up??? Of course not. The caller is trying to extort money from you. Threats are also illegal. By him hanging up on you --- if this was a real - LEGITIMATE company, would they do that?
- MollyI got a call from this number yesterday. I found the reference to it at this site. The robo call was very threatening and sounded real! I reported the caller number and name referenced (Reginald Lawson) to the MN Attorney General through a quick, easy downloadable form. Please go to your state's att general and do the same.
I wonder how many people fall for this?- Caller: Litigation Services

- MollyOh, and they called again a minute ago (which is what made me think to come back to this site!) I told them I'd reported them and that they should never call me again. The woman paused, then said, "oh, okay. Thank you then." Thank you? Seriously?
