    Solicitor calling to (supposedly) raise funds for families of police officers killed in the line of duty.  Only answered the phone because I have close friends from that area.  Told them I do not donate over the phone but if they tell me their website or e-mail me a form I would look over it and decide.  The guy hung up on me at that point.

    I just called and reported this number to the Elyra Police Dept. The man on the phone tried to get me to donate money to the city's fallen police officers. When I started asking questions, he hung up on me.
