Scammer...I blocked it...

Caller ID: Notice... I answered, nobody spoke, then they hung up.

440-390-4019 left no message, hung up when answering machine came on.

Dumb scam callers. We can go to the Moon and Mars, but can't seem to find a way to stop these aggravating calls!

Bogus utility discount scam.  Now blocked.

Utility scammer- just say NO-tice!!

Unwanted scammer calling about utilities...wanting to scam/slam and cram you. Being on the do not call list I will now file a complaint with the FTC.

Robo caller came on saying they can reduce my electric and gas bill rates, and all I have to do to start is state my credit card numbers I use to pay these two bills, and they will match these numbers with the ones they have !!!! Scummy scammers!!! Hang up on em!

Called twice, 1/9, and 1/11. No message either time.

Unknown-Unwanted-Area code was already blocked. Upon calling them back you get the same female scammer voice you've heard a 100 times before. Scammers for sure.

Caller ID says Notice. I answered and it was a recording about saving on electric bill and to press 0 to talk to someone. I pressed 0 and it was answered by someone with a heavy accent. She immediately started to give me a different number to call back if we get disconnected. I told her that I want them to stop calling and that they are calling all the time and I am aware it is a scam.  The call mysteriously disconnected on my end when I pressed the end call button.

I get these calls fairly regularly and they use different phone numbers. The called ID always says Notice, though.
