this number shows up on my cell at least 3 times a day including Sundays. they do not leave a message , and I'm not answering unless you leave a message.

Calls numerous times a day and never says anything.

I am 13 years old and get at least 1 call a day from these people I have no idea why and when I asked the lady why she was calling me because I am 13 she asked if my parents were available and I said no so she hung up on me why do I owe freaking money to people when I barely have 10 dollars at one time?!?!

They have called me a few times. When they asked for my SS# I told the person that they called me and they should tell me my SS# in order to verify that they have the information. He refused citing HIPPA. I work in healthcare, it's not a hippa violation,plus, he would not confirm it had anything to do with medical bills. Last time they called, after asking for my DOB, I said  they should tell me my date of birth considering that they should call me. The woman replied " I have no way of knowing that" Hmm....

Bill collectors calling after I sent a letter not to contact me. Probably for a hospital bill in a Cleveland Clinic. Didn't even leave a message. Beware! They call from different numbers!

I have call block but still shows up on voicemail. They call at least once a day with 1-3 second blank voicemail. I don't owe a bill as far I'm concerned. They can send me something if I do instead of harassing me.

They claim to be collecting for a Cleveland Clinic bill, but I can't get them to send a written statement of date of service & what procedure or service they're collecting for. I did have a lot of health problems last year, finally resulting in surgery, but I think I've paid all of my out of pocket expenses. I've asked them to mail me a statement or bill, but they just want me to pay over the phone. I no longer answer their calls, I've asked twice for a statement, & if they can't be bothered to send me some written justification for why they think I owe money, then I can't be bothered to answer their calls. They do leave a computer generated message on my phone asking me to verify my identity, so they can give me a message. I don't go any further with it.

Has called several times in the past week and hangs up as soon as I answer - after just two or three rings.

This is a debt collector for Resource Group.  My Medicare and Medicaid did not cover the entire doctors bill from Cleveland Clinic so I am paying monthly payments.  Cleveland Clinic wants the money faster, so they turned me over to their dogs.  They are relentless.  They call sometimes 4 times a day, all week long.  I have blocked them because I can't afford to pay any more than I already am.  It is really stressful.   I have stopped going to my doctors because of this.

I completely understand where you are coming from with giving out info, however they will find it either way and if they are  a legitimate company then by law they have to verify they are speaking to the right person. I have been getting calls from them as well and they don’t not leave a message. One day I’ll call them back and see what they have to say.

This number hs clled me 138 in 30 days!  I have a call nlock set uo on my phone and this is the only number I have to block!  138 times!!!  In just one month!!!  Can I not gt them for some form oh harrassment!  I have never even been to OH so I don't know how they got my number but I wish I could report them!  And when you try calling back it rings once and then a gives a busy signal,  if they were legit,  you would think they would answer calls as well!

Caller ID shows up as Revenue Group.  First time I picked up today I got a dial tone.  Second time they called today, it was elevator music as if I was on hold.

Calling about an "item" on her desk.  Would not tell me but wanted more info, without telling me more.  It might be collections, but without telling me what its about I will refuse service.
