    Caller ID read UNAVAILABLE.  Robocaller with a recorded message about a special winter rate for my electric bill.  Caller was not my power company, therefore it's most likely a criminal scam.

    Live female (not a recorded message) offered a "special" winter electric rate but needed my billing codes to know how much I qualified for.  I asked for her best rate, but she wouldn't tell me without getting my billing codes.  Told  no, and she hung up.  I suspect she was trying to SLAM me (switching me to her company without my permission).
