Abandoned call

I received call from 442-246-4001 this afternoon at 2:24 pm on my home landline. The Caller ID only showed telephone number. I didn't answer phone and they didn't leave a message because I don't have Voice Mail. I don't know anyone with "442" area code. I might as well block the number because these scammers are using autodialers. This won't be the last call. Blocked!

No message.  Cid sometimes shows Student Relief and Customer Services.  Probably goes with other scam numbers of 209-313-0996, 863-201-8856 Student Forgiveness

Started calling yesterday.  Since then, 6 calls to my mobile, none leaving voicemail.  Answered once this afternoon, and heard nothing but dead air, followed by a click as the line hung up.  Fought urge to call number back.  Reporting here, and with FCC.

I've had numerous call from this number over the last few days, at least 2 a day. I have not answered any of the calls as I don't know anyone who lives in California let alone Morongo Valley. I am going to block the caller.

They have been calling multiple times a day for weeks.  Caller id says student relief.

They called me twice today  i said hello and they hung up second time called i didnt answer it just hung up right away. I only answered cause im waiting for a call.

You might as well block 442-246-4001 because they have telephone numbers on an auto-dialer. This student relief /student loan scam is also using 863-201-8856 and 209-313-0996. It's basically harassment the way they use multiple numbers to ring your phone all day and night. i initially blocked number 442-246-4001 on 1/16/18.

However, I inadvertently removed number today from block list. Within an hour or two after removing the number from the block list I received a call from 442-246-4001. This is an indication that they have my number on an autodialer. Do Not Call List means nothing to these people. The only thing we can do is report numbers and block them. Do Not Call List is worthless.

This repetative robo caller says "Student Relief" on my caller ID.  I have received 4 of these calls today and several yesterday.   I am not a student and I have not requested relief.
