A call stating I will be served.  If it is true I will deal with it.  However Angie did not leave any identifying information.  I called my county and no records are in my name.

I got the same call just now. What a freaking joke.

I just got the same call & she left no information to contact her back & on the voicemail she didn't even start her name!  This is a SCAM!! Yeah OK I'll see you tomorrow between 3-5 LOL what a joke!!

I've gotten the same message from a woman leaving the same call back number. Yesterday, she was "serving me papers"..that didn't happen. Her last-ditch effort today was to tell me I still have opportunity to stop this if I call the number back.  Haha!    I already know it's a scam, but just for fun, I looked up the requirements for someone serving papers in the state I live in.  This person doesn't follow them.  They can not officially have used a "Process Server", as this person is calling herself, if "Service done by “Substitute Service” is not legally complete until proof is filed with the court stating that the in-person delivery to someone at the home and the mailed notice were both done. The served party’s response time  starts to run the day after the mailing is done."  Also, they have to serve personal papers at my home, they can't come to my work.  As this particular lowlife kept threatening to serve me papers at work, I call BS.   As this particular miscreant has never mailed me anything, I call BS again on her.   Also, calling me up, saying "You have been notified" isn't legal.   So, when someone calls you and "threatens".  I don't really know what they hope to accomplish, because it's pretty easy to ferret out their intended misdeeds. If all else fails, call the courthouse they are claiming to be filing with.  They'll give you the truth about if a claim has been filed against you.  I'll wage not.  The one time I actually pursued calling the courthouse, they informed me that the file number left on the message doesn't correspond to their case files, and therefore, was not legitimate.  Since then, I have not worried about it.

You can sue the person calling and get them in a lot of trouble her real name is

Look on this page I posted the info on who it really is.... I know because I worked there for her.... She can get in BIG trouble for this!!! You can sue her personally and she can be charged with impersonating a process server.... Look up FDCPA and it will tell you about your rights!

Called me and both my parents yesterday and the day before. Never showed. Same theme as the others are saying, it's not legitimate. My mom doesn't even live in the state she claimed to be filing in.
