These people will just record your voice in order to manipulate it into a "recording" of you agreeing to something.  That is why they want to record you and let you talk to nothing.  These people are insane and will not stop calling even if you tell them it is wrong number.  They do not care, they will continue to call in order to get your voice and rip you off.  Do not answer your phone, do not speak to them.  They are evil.

Also if you have the time to waste, call them back and just leave your phone off the hook for 10 mins.  Help stop these diseased monsters.

Answered it, a robo message for someone that has not worked here for 12 years. My guess a bottom feeder.

Sounds like the same prank calls my family has been receiving off and on for the last three years. Though the name of the agency changes and so does their number. If you do not owe anyone any money and they are unable to send you anything in writing (though do not give them your address). Then you best believe it is a SCAM!

The Attorney General's Office is aware of these scammers, but are unable to locate them. Most are not even located in America. They are using software that makes them appear to be an American phone number. Some are even using local cell phone numbers (which are disposable phones).

Best thing I cam suggest, iust block their number. It's very frustrating and I completely understand where you are coming from. As several times they called family members and told them I, my husband or one of the kids had racked up a debt and where headed to jail unless they could get the debt resolved. You can only imagine the rumors. Grrr!

Sooooooo tired of this call and calls like it.  Trying to fool people with that local call bit.  Had a call  from a collection agency  months ago and advised them they had the wrong number and to stop calling.  They did, won't ans. this number, hopefully something can be done about them.  I have a good name for them and others like them, but can't print it.

This is too far gone! Just set up my new phone with a NEW number. Within 2hours I rec'd my first phone call -without giving anyone my number- it was this #!!! Big Brother IS watching...

These people have called me from four different numbers...I never answer the calls. I tried to find an address listing for the numbers but it keeps coming up blank. If they are a legitimate business why don't they have a website or address listed in the phone book or internet?  The numbers they have called me from are...
