    This number has been calling me nearly every day for the last several weeks. They have never left a message, so I have never picked up. While I assume it is a debt collector of some kind, I can't say with certainty.

    Fake bill collection sounds like they may be from India.  Same background noise as when callers tried to scam me with irs bull.  They called my cell and asked for my husband and wouldn’t give me any info.  Said name was American medical.  I said American medical what and she got mad and said just American medical.
