Just got this txt: Due to fraudulent withdrawal your number card ( 405609xxxxxxxxxx ) balance feel to -200$. Please contact us immediately at 1 443 320 2126.... Total scam

got a bogus call

I got the same exact message with the same card number as RH. Got a little nervous because I had ordered off a website I had never ordered from before, so I called my bank (I have a debit/credit card with them) and they assured me nothing funky was going on. They also took down the phone number in the text to report to the fraud dept.

My mom and I got the same exact message as the rest of you. We were worried because we went to the bank today to deposit checks. But later we called our cell phone carrier and got them to block the phone number for sending more, its just spam.

Like the others, a call reporting fraudulent use of my debit card. Call this # and follow the steps...

Got the same message about 3 hrs ago. With all the technology today are you telling me these idiots can't be caught.

I thought i was robbed I live in a very high class neighborhood and people are always out to get me. My brother is a bit oddly shaped but has a lot of cash. turns out it was bogus. thank god!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I received the same messege about fraudulent withdrawal from my credit card. Would like to report tnem if possible.

I am Bob's older oddly shaped brother. I too received this call. At first I thought I was being blackmailed from a male prostitute from Miami. Turns out, it was a bogus call.

I just got the same text as everyone is stating. Is there ANY way to report the number???

I got the message: We've put restriction on your debit card 405609-xx-xxxx-xxxx, due to fraudulent withdrawal. Please contact our member center at : 1-443-320-2126 .

I checked my debit card number to make sure the number didn't match and it didn't. My bank placed a temp hold on my account a few weeks ago for what they thought was a fraud (even though I've used my card to pay for that same thing before) so I was a little extra worried.

I just received the same text. Then I check this site and see my husband is soliciting male prostitutes in Miami. Real nice Phil. Good luck finding someone who loves your odd shaped body. I was only with you for the money. Consider yourself DIVORCED!!!

Got a text message telling me there's a restriction on my debit card due to fraudulent withdrawal. I assume this is some sort of phishing scheme - bank's usually call or email if there's a problem. I started to call the number, but hung up when I figured maybe it's some kind of "900" number type deal where I'd get charged.

Same message about fraudulent withdrawal...ugh...how do you report them?

This number has now texted me three times claiming a fraudulent account. When I try calling back nothing happens or it is a disconnected number.  This has happened to two other people in my family as well.
