"Bryan Williams" (who could not speak English) called my mom saying he was from Consumer Credit Group and had her bday, SSN & address.  Said they noticed she had a lot of credit debt and for a small monthly fee they could pay her interest.  She told them that she had to talk it over with me 1st.  She then went to the bank, who told her it was a scam, then they flagged her account for suspicious activity.  I am on her account and check it online daily.  He told her to call him back @ 800-285-8585, which I called and it was USA Bank.  We don't have any accounts with them.

Not sure what the conversation was fully about between you and your caller, but does seem like a possible scam.  If the scammer gave you the US Bank number as a call back, then he probably intended to scam you right then and there, giving that number to try tricking you into believing it was legitimate. Some scammers do this when a bank is closed where you can't call at that moment and know people might look it up online.
However, if they gave you the number via a message, then I would look a little closer and call the US Bank to find out what it is about, since scammers don't generally give a number you can't reach them to scam you from and it might be a 3rd party telemarketer affiliated with US Bank.
