I received call at 10am and answered but no voice and hung up on me.

Called again - blocked again - blocked forever!
We have the entire 443 area code blocked.  Our phones do not ring when a blocked call comes in.

Sad thing is, they don't have a clue what the Gospel of Jesus Christ has done for them; they are stuck in believing a lie about their identities, destinies and purpose of why they are on this earth for such a time as this.  To harass people?  Hard working, risk taking small business owners..that's there purpose?!...lol..that is hilarious and sad.  Their marriages are failing, their finances are struggling, their families are lost, their hope is diminishing, their pride is blinding their God given destiny upon this earth.  Is it possible they have believed a lie about who they are in this life?  Please turn your lives around and repent (renew your thinking), ask God for help, truly accept (100%) in the deep pit of your beings what Jesus Christ has done for you..His' blood was more than worthy to pay the price of all your sin debt.  Change your thinking people..stop working for bottom feeders..their hearts have been hardened and now watch what falls upon them.  You will all see.  Evil comes to kill, steal and destroy.  Jesus came to give life and life abundantly!  God has a unique destiny for you..follow HIM, He will never leave you nor forsake you, nor harm you, HE loves you more than human words can define.

Yup, got a call from this number as well, no message. Now, with the new phones here, I just block the calls ID'd as robos or scams. It's gotten quite a bit less "ringy" around here this past week, lol. Get yourselves phones with caller block built in. Be pro-active. The Do Not Call List is for the most part, useless to the calls we actually receive.

I've given up trying to keep track of how many different numbers call my place of employment every day/week/month. This one showed up in the ID window, but only the number. It went to vm, but they didn't leave a message.

So, SO tired of telemarketers STEALING OUR TIME -- which is what it is.

"Hi, can I talk to _____?"
She's not available.
"Is there a co-owner I can talk to?"
No.
"Well, perhaps you can help me, then. Or maybe you can tell me the name of the person who handles your _____ account."
That would be _____.
"When do you expect her back in the office?"

This goes ON AND ON, if you let it. They'll never shut up. Meanwhile, legitimate customers or vendors are on other lines. There should be a *ZAP* button that causes either 1) ear-splitting, mind-scrambling pain to a live caller, or 2) phone-killing, trunk-scrambling armageddon to robodialers.

What I have found completely satisfying is to turn the tables on them. Here are a few things I have done (this is only after being harassed by dozens of scammers pet day after ID theft)......
* blow an airhorn when u answer this call type
* forward these calls to either local DAs office, police nonemergency, or other reporting agency
*call THEM back repeatedly and continuously trying to sell them something dumb. If they let it go to voicemail, you then leave VERY long rambling messages and repeat. Do this until their mailbox is full. They will have to spend alot of time listening to nonsense to erase.
*POST everywhere u can find on internet your complaint and be specific. Google searches will find info quicker with names, company, phone number that is spam, etc....

when all else fails.....do what I do. Ignore, block, post, move on.

I appreciate wanting to block spam calls and I realize that I do not know what area of the country that you live in but by blocking the entire 443 area code you have just prevented anyone with a newer landline or most of our cell phones from ever contacting you. Not everyone with a 443 number is bad.... Just FYI

telemarketer for business.  Soliciting loans packages, don't know I just hang up.  not even sure if it is a real phone number, caller ID says wireless caller, but who knows.
I am contacting FTC with the number, not that it does any good.

Came up as WIRELESS CALLER, heard a recording when I answered regarding a loan and hung up immediately.  These have to stop!
