    Caller ID said "Edgewood MD".  Against my better judgement (most telemarketer robocallers use this type of near-my-local-area Caller-ID spoof) I answered the phone (partly because I was expecting a call from my son's school).  Immediately the other end of the line said "Congratulations!" in a female voice, that was obviously the start of a robocall come-on.  So I hung up.
