This is UnitedHealthCare calling to get you to sign up to have a registered nurse come to your house and see how you are doing. Well, I'm a senior and doing fine. Is she or he going to tell me to take up my throw rugs so I don't trip on them? How about the hundreds of half-used paint cans in my living room? Ditch those too? No Thank You. I can call the doctor when I need help. I suspect this is a company under contract to UHC as they call daily, but I have blocked them. They don't take NO for an answer.

I agree 110% with you.  Got a call this morning, l ring, so that means it is a robocall.

Called and left no message. When no one talks on my machine to tell me who they are I never pick up.

I don't answer the phone if I don't recognize the caller's number. If they really want to talk to me they can leave a message.

I got a card from United Health Care so it’s probably why they’re calling. If I needed in home care my local pcp would arrange

The constant pestering by UHC is enough to make me switch to another provider.  This is absolutely the last year I will be with UHC.  I never gave permission for them or anyone else to hound me by phone.  They call on several different numbers and I never answer any of them.  But they never get a clue!

My Primary Care Physician performs all the tests and other procedures that United Healthcare keeps pushing. United Healthcare even has offered me Wal-Mart gift cards if I agree to their visits. I blocked their numbers on my home phone and now will block them on my cell.

I do not answer a phone call with out a caller I D. My Primary Provider provides all the tests or information that I need.  I don’t need another person checking on me.

Please stop calling me. I do not want to be bothered on the phone or in my home. I have a wonderful Dr.

Now I see here it's UHC. Whatever other #'s they call from never leave a message. Maybe I'll change my message to " Please announce your call " from " I'm not here and you know what to do " ! I don't care for someone comming into my house, or second guessing my doctor whom I have an excellent relationship with.

They call several times a day - i have called and told them NOT to contact me - but they don't listen.  I have United Healthcare but I am fed up with them constantly trying to get me to sign up for a nurse visit.  If I needed the service my PCP would order it.

Agree I have been with UHC for 5 years . First 3 were great, then these calls started. They don’t get no . I have a primary care doctor. If the calls don’t stop I will change insurance company.

They all do it. Doesn't matter what insurance company you are with.

I received a call from this number. Left no message. No message no call back. Also block them. I will not answer calls from unknown numbers.

Optum RX is UHC's 3rd party niche vendor. They discriminate by empowering this group to deny us much needed physical therapy & other therapies.  I exercise every day, great shape, not overweight, but have disc issues & bone nodules on my spine that needs soft massage. Am telling EVERYBODY "not" to enroll in UHC Medicare Advantage plans. Don't need an overweight brainwashed person coming into my home to tell me what's best for me when my RA Dr & PCP writing letters that to get Extra PT since I am active. They should be called WRECK-TUM RX...  Best Wishes
