Maybe a cult, or an organization looking for followers under the guise of personal growth. Just to give you an idea—when you say you're not interested, the person will tell you to stay open, not to block negative energy, that they can help you be happier and less negative. That kind of scammer. I tried to politely tell them that I’d truly feel free once I hung up the phone. They spoke French.

And when you reply that the person they are trying to reach is not available, they hang up on you.

J’ai essayé 4 fois avec le même résultat.

Really weird call.  Someone called offering “personal growth” seminars or maybe a membership in an organization that helps people with their personal growth?  I said I wasn’t interested and the caller started talking about “positive energy” and some other hippie type of stuff.  I eventually hung up on them.

Telemarketer selling seminars in personal growth, positive energy, and personal discovery. She didn’t mention a company and it’s nothing I was interested in. To her credit, she accepted I wasn’t interested and didn’t continue her sales pitch.
