Who do I call to complain about this people? Anybody knows?

they cannot arrest you for it, if they could your sheriff or city police would be at your door.  No threats necessary.  SCAM!!!!

These are scam artists.  Do not listen to them.  First of all you will ask them for  a debt validation letter.  They will give you some PO Box.  Demand their physical address for the "your attorney" whether you have one or not.  You could be in process of getting one for all they know.  They will talk over you. They will talk fast and loud.  This is the intimidation procedure.  They will convince you that you have a criminal bench warrant.  They can do no such thing.  If you can get an actual physical address report them to the attorney general, the FBI, and Internet crimes unit.  They will never give you a physical address.  Many times when attorneys try to go after these scammers, the address is bogus and a hole in the road.  Doesn't exist. They get many unsuspecting people this way.  Don't be one of them.  If they do not send you a debt validation letter then do not believe anything they say.  I had one send me a computer generated debt validation letter. I showed it to the attorney and he said it had scam written all over it. Ex.  USB mediations 2809 Wherle Dr., Suite #3, Williamsville, New York 14221 doesn not exist at all.  There is no Attorney Christopher House in the state of New York or New Jersey.  There is no paralegal by the name or Lori Richxxxxx.  Do not succumb to their scam. They can not take you to jail.

This number is coming from Road to Recovery/Payday loans consolidation.  458-201-0414 out of Oregon?? However, this number has been spoofed so you can not file a complaint.  However, the spoofing does not work.  The FBI can still find their ways to trace the company and their calls. What they do is suck your money our of your checking every week.  They will promise they will consolidate your payday loans.  They do not consolidate your payday loans.  They do take your money.  When you call to see if they are working on your loans, they will say..."well we sent them a debt validation letter and they have ignored us completely"  We have received no response...AKA: we are going to take your money and pretend to do something but we won't. So now you will have them taking your money and the original pay day loans will be calling you for your money.  These agencies are a joke!! Do not believe them.
