I don't think it has anything to do with Obamacare, I've been called twice and have never even been to that website. Someone's selling their marketing lists and we're the suckers who signed up for something once. Just don't answer so they can't know if your number is live or not.

This number called me offering some sort of Security System for Senior Citizens. you can't call the # back.
