She is a LIAR and it is illegal to threaten arrest (which would NOT happen even if you did owe).  Block her & report at www.consumerfinance.gov & your state attorney general.

They keep calling threatening that they are trying to locate said individual due to a case in said county. I called them a scam and she got angry and hung up. Keep calling us back.

A woman called from that number and threatened to locate  me and contact my employer due to a case that was filed on me in my local county. She messed up by mentioning contacting my employer because at that time I didn’t have a job. She’s clearly a scammer.

Called and left a voicemail with a bogus case #, claiming to call my supervisor if I did not repsond, saying that they needed to locate me, last month they actually called my mom, but I work in collections and I know the laws, and the broke several. #SCAM

This person left a voicemail saying I had a case in the county I live in, she said her name was Allison, said if I did not call them back they were going to “check up” at my house and/my employer. Claimed this phone call was the final legal notification.

A 'phone call is never a "final legal notification" of anything. Only Scammers are stupid enough to think that people  would believe such a statement. A simple call, or visit, to your local Clerk of Courts office will expose these frauds for the scum that they are. There will be no "case", there will be nothing filed in your name.
 "Allison" is nothing more than an ignorant Scammer. Ignore the call & block the number.

She just called me saying she was looking for my son. When I refused to answer her questions she said they will send someone to my residence looking for him. What a joke threaten the reference.... ok.

It’s definitely ridiculous. Now she’s calling my family members too. Told them to make sure they’re listed on the dnc registry.

As you should perfectly well know they do not call list has nothing to do with debt collection calls.

The crooks running a phony debt collection scam are not worried about violation of the DNC regs. That is kid stuff considering the level of fraud they are perpetrating.

She said she was from the county I live in, said she was trying to inform that this is the final notice, i called the county and they said its a scam

She called yesterday saying she was the compliance officer and they were about to send someone out to my house to arrest me. I said I had no idea what she was talking about and she said asked if I had received anything in the mail. I said no. She then gave me a case number and told me to call 8553698974 for their legal department. They were referring to ace cashed loan express

Scam! You aren't warned in advance if you're going to be arrested.

No one gets arrested because they didn't pay a bill.  No scummy criminal can send anyone out to arrest you.  If you had committed a crime you would be arrested by real police officers.

Some guy name Steve Marshall keeps calling me leaving these long voicemails saying that the county clerk has been alerted and they will be locating me and contacting my employer. I know its scamming from Ace Cash express but it has become ridiculous.  Calling me back to back 14-20 times a day. I am so sick of this. SO i have finally started blocking the multiple numbers they call me from

She called and said a compliance officer was coming to my home or job about a debt owed. She gave me a number to call 855-373-7422. Some lady named Rebecca answered and told me that I owed money to a company.

I been getting this same call her name is Miranda

She said it’s Dallas County

So what? If "Miranda" said she was in Monte Carlo would it make her any less of a WORTHLESS SCAMMER?
